When you get to the website click on the Consumer Registration tab on the upper left side of the screen to setup your account. All you need is your most recent bill to setup online access. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. You can pay your bill with Mastercard and Visa credit/debit cards and even setup bank draft for your account. Tangipahoa Water District has a new site to pay your bill online and allows you more access to your account information. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Contact our office during regular business hours if you paid with the reconnect fee so it can be reconnected. You must pay your entire balance of your water and sewer to have your service restored.
NOTE: If you pay your bill online and your water was disconnected the reconnect fee will also have to be paid to get the your water turned back on.
